Description
The 'DM' button is currently only available when viewing your DM inbox and outbox. This should be added to other timelines, a "new message" tab/button needs to be added to the inbox/outbox.

Added DM button back into actions menu for most tweet timelines.

Fixed by #52, users can now quickly access DM mode by tapping 'Tweet' menu option and then selecting the 'DM' tab which has been added to the bottom left of the text box.
